- Made from close grained plain cast iron according to DIN876 ;

- Castings stress relieved to relieve internal stresses;

- Hand scraped or machined surface finish;

- Offered in square, rectangular and round sizes;

- Plates up to 630 x 630 mm provided with handles for lifting. Larger plates provided with cored holes in peripheral for lifting by mechanical means. Large sizes on request!

- Provided with 3 x 3 mm groves at a nominal pitch distance of 25 to 30 mm on top surface.

- Supplied with rexine cover for top surface protection.

JG-SFG cast iron round table is available with the working surface hardness of HB170 to 240. After 600°-700°artificial annealing and 2-8 years of natural aging, the round table attains stable precision and excellent abrasion resistance. In the light of the national standard metrological verification regulations, the precision degree of this cast iron surface plate could be Grade0, Grade1, Grade2, or Grade3.

Application

This type of round table is applicable for all sorts of purposes with regard to the inspection tasks and precise measurement. It is utilized as the inspecting and measuring tool used for the machines. In addition, it can check up the dimensional precision of the parts.
